Death by overwork – Yes it can happen! There are numerous cases of deaths reported due to overwork. Some of which are employees dropping dead or attempting suicides due to depression which was a result of too much stress.
In this fast paced society, business owners are demanding multitasking skills from their workers which may result to overtime which could have been used to spend time their loved ones or improve one’s well-being and lifestyle.
Humans are not machines. Too much stress can lead to a heart attack. The body also deteriorates as it grows older. There are many ways we can do to improve our health and life. A better choice would be finding a business which you already have access to everyday.
Do you know someone who is overworked and has no time for their social lives? Save them from this fate and convince them to quit their job or introduce them to better alternatives.
