Moving from Seattle to North Carolina was a bit of a culture shock, but I have to say I think I’m adjusting very nicely! I really miss my old apartment complex in Seattle, where I had lived since college. They loved my dog, my neighbors and the staff were super nice, and I just felt very safe and at home there. If you’re looking for Seattle apartments, I can’t recommend checking out my old apartment enough. You’ll be close to all the good bars and restaurants and to the pier, which my dog loved for walks. I miss the gym too, I’m getting out of shape now that I have to drive to work out!

I’m getting transferred to Long Island for work and I’m actually pretty excited about it. I have family there and have always wanted to move there. And now I have the opportunity to! However, I don’t know where to move to. Every time I visited my family, I never really paid attention to local apartments. So I asked my family that lives in Long Island for some advice. They sent me a link to a complex that’s awesome! It was one of the best Long Island apartments I’ve seen so far. And the website told me everything I needed to know. I’m booking a flight out to see it today and am truly excited to see it in person. Just wanted to let others know about this complex. I think it’s called Riverview North. Check it out.

I was in Seattle over the weekend and my husband and I have a hobby of going to see apartments and houses that are for rent or sale in the area that we’re visiting. I really like getting an idea of what it is like to live in a different city, especially since I’ve lived in LA all my life. I found the listing for these Seattle apartments and had to post it because they were so adorable. I loved all the art and the windows and the health club was definitely an added bonus. I don’t think we’ll ever move to Seattle, but if we did this would be where we would live.

Iowa tourism is big business in the state, bigger than it might appear at first glance. Over the years the farms have gotten larger and larger which means that the number of farmers has gotten smaller and smaller. Many of these displaced farmers have turned to the tourism industry as a way to support themselves. The latest craze seems to be to plant a vineyard and open a winery, but long before that craze started people were gleaning tourism dollars where ever they could. Most farmers have a good sense of humor, that’s almost a requirement to bet your livelihood on Mother Nature year after year. That sense of humor is what started most of the smaller attractions. In fact in one case there was a farmer who wanted a small attraction so he built a miniature town in a grove on his homestead. The houses were just large enough for a small girl to walk into and he filled each home and business with similar scale furniture and decorations. The tour is taken in your car and only takes about a half hour, but people pay ten dollars apiece or twenty five dollars a car load for the privilege.

The response to this query, in masses of cases, is “absolutely!” Places like Costa del Sol currently look high priced for average budgets on that other hand, there continue to be oodles of value to be had in masses of vicinities of Spain. Costa Blanca property continues to be available starting at 100,000 euros, (£69,750) & villas starting at approximately 190,000 euros, (£132,500). In that area of Murcia & that Costa Almeria property is proportionally cheaper with renovation ventures starting around 75,000E (£52,300) & villas starting at approximately 160,000 euros, 112,000 pounds
If you buy off plan guarantees that that value of that property boosts as that the program steps forward & nears completion. Folk purchasing early in that entire building work win that leading deal & returns on investment.

Some of the latest foreclosure numbers are in for Arizona, especially Phoenix.
Some known as high risk areas, especially many that recorded slower home price growth earlier this decade, have seen little increase in foreclosure rates, according to the latest data released just this last Tuesday from Realty Trac the online marketer of foreclosure properties.
Even some of the old rust belt states are hit hard, this is double trouble for Michigan, Ohio and Indiana. A top site for forclosure lists is www.foreclosuregetter.com, try it . . . you’ll like it!

So, that summer vacation is coming up once again. You know, the one you look forward to all year long, and so carefully save up your vacation days for. The question is where are you going to spend it? Wait, let me take a wild guess; you’re in the mood for a coastal getaway. That’s just it isn’t it? Don’t be so shocked! Most of us dream about beach holidays while hunched over at a PC in our cramped office cubicles. Those healing rays of warm sun, that soft soothing sand pressing up between our toes, and the gentle ocean waves setting our minds at ease. Yes sir, it’s truly hard to beat that level of R&R. Now the only thing you have to figure out is which beach you prefer to jaunt off to.
Let me just set something straight before you start packing your luggage and breaking out the sunscreen. Hitting the popular coastal areas for beach holidays in the summer time is no joke. Remember there are six billion other people on this planet, 300 million of them residing in the US alone. Therefore there’s pretty much no chance of finding your very own private hot-spot. You will be sharing your vacation time with the masses. But hey, that’s all part of the beach vacation experience. You have to take the bad with the good. Now, one aspect of beach holidays you should be focusing on is the deals. These apply to virtually everywhere. Come spring break and summer-time, there are countless package deals and discounts to take full advantage of. If you’ve never spotted any of these, I’d assume it’s because you’re not browsing net-land. Cyberspace is your access key to deals galore. Often the best way to go about this vacation routine is by purchasing an all-inclusive summer vacation package. These generally include airfare, lodging and some meals.
Maybe you already have a certain beach in mind. Hey, this will only make the process simpler. Seek out deals and specials for beach holidays in that particular area. If it’s Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, then use that exact phrase in your search. You will be flooded with all the latest and greatest offers for Myrtle Beach this summer. Make sure your summer vacation is a perfect one.

Relocation ideas and making Use of proper moving equipment.
Moving equipment can help tremendously when relocating. Equipment that is provided by most moving companies includes dollies, push carts, blankets, and straps that are attached to the inside of the truck that can help prevent large pieces of furniture from damaging other pieces when the truck is in motion. Use this equipment when possible as it can help make your move a little easier.
Use equipment only as it is intended to be used. This means do not lift items that are too heavy or oddly shaped. Use blankets to protect wood floors from damage when moving furniture over them. Blankets can also be used to cover items and as a cushion between items once they are in the truck. Remember to return all equipment with you return the truck. You may be charged if blankets or other equipment is missing or damaged.

In today’s fast-paced world, many parents find great difficulty in establishing a healthy work/life balance. The demands of the 9 to 5 workday, along with extensive overtime requirements, seldom take into account family responsibilities and demands that are common to most parents. This has lead many parents to pursue more flexible working arrangements, often attempting to start a business from their home, or pursuing work that allows them to schedule their workload and commitments around the demands of family life.
