Eden Arc 1800 – Capital Appreciation of up to 40% forecast
May 13th, 2007Eden Arc 1800 is the newest ski resort project in Europe from global developers Intrawest. The first phase of the ski development is Les Souverains, which is to be released for sale in 2007. It is to consist of 127 units (one to four bedroom ski apartments) in a stunning location, on a crest above the existing Arc 1800 village, and offers 360-degree views of Mont Blanc and the Tarentaise Valley. Prices for Eden Arc 1800 are yet to be announced, but are expected to be approximately 7,000 to 9,000 euros per square-metre.
Eden Arc 1800 is billed as a high quality real estate investment opportunity. Intrawest’s other property project in France - the Arc 1950 village - has yielded property value increases of up to 40% in the last 3 years. It is expected Eden Arc 1800 will provide similar uplift in values.
