Better Call Quality with Business VoIP
October 29th, 2007When I suggested that we switch over to VoIP, the COO was skeptical. He had VoIP at home and the quality wasn’t great. I explained to him that business VoIP providers also operate over our internet connection, but because our office has a T1 line, the connection would be crystal clear. We could also keep the equipment we already own. He was convinced, so I began the switch. It took about six months to complete the transition, but he tells me the CEO is very happy about the money we’re saving. I hope I get the credit for the switch!
